Heading to the floor to dance.
Well the last day of November couldn't been any sweeter! We spent the day with Nicole and Bradley. They came to visit us Thursday and stayed until this morning (Saturday). Friday was wide open so we enjoyed lunch at Fishermen's Wharf and Mr. B napped the whole time, giving his mommy a relaxing lunch break. After we relaxed, the girls napped, made some yummy brownies and played with B. The evening came and it was time to get Hadley ready for her half time Just For Kixx performance at the Isle Girls BB home game. I was pretty nervous about this because ever since Hadley started dance she watches the people and doesn't really dance. But, something was different about her last night. She was all bubbles, sparkles and smiles. It was a 180 degree turnaround from her usual dance self. Maybe it was the costume, maybe it was all the talking we did this past week about dance, maybe it was just the idea that this was actually a real dance and not just pretend practice. I am not sure but I was more than surprised after seeing her practice before actually going out to the gym. She was adorable and even Kaylee's mom noticed the difference. Then it was time to go out to the gym and all four of the girls did a great job. No crying, they stayed out on the floor and they did their whole routine. It was a huge success! I didn't capture any more pictures because I used my camera to record the dance. Hopefully I can get a little snipet on here... but I was a very happy mom last night and I know Robert was a very proud dad and Hadley was a little girl who was all smiles!
